I had dinner at Sciacca Grill in St. Julian’s with my girlfriend, and the experience was outstanding. The atmosphere was brilliant, but what truly made our evening special was Marco, who looked after us. I couldn’t help but notice how professional he was. He maintained eye contact with his customers, paid attention to every detail, and managed to check on multiple tables while having genuine conversations with everyone. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different cuts of meat and their aging process, offering honest recommendations on what would be best. Marco isn’t just a waiter—he’s an excellent salesperson. His passion and expertise convinced me to try an amazing dinner that exceeded my expectations. If I return to Sciacca Grill, it will be largely because of Marco. Outstanding service like his makes all the difference. Highly recommended!

Went for a meal two of us. Food was so good. Can choose exactly what you want from the counter. Staff were so helpful in giving information about every item. Steak was so good. Along with some lovely sea food. Price was high but I think for the quality it was reasonable. Staff were extremely helpful and service was perfect

The dinner my wife and I had at this restaurant definitely exceeded all our expectations. Sciacca is not your average steakhouse; it is a meat experience on an entirely different level. You get to choose the cut, type, and quality of meat yourself directly from the display. As a starter, we had the Aged Picanha Carpaccio, which was absolutely phenomenal. For our main course, we chose a 300g Beef Fillet, a 300g Australian Wagyu Striploin MB9+, and a 350g USDA Prime Creekstone Ribeye. The meat was cooked to perfection, with an outstanding charred flavor, and prepared exactly as it should be. The sauces were exceptional as well. Special praise goes to Marin, who took great care of us from the moment we entered the restaurant. He explained the entire ordering process and simply delivered outstanding service throughout our visit. The prices for a venue of this caliber are more than reasonable. We highly recommend it to everyone, especially serious meat lovers. Sciacca is definitely not just another steakhouse - it is a truly remarkable meat experience that you will remember for years to come.

We first visited Sciacca grill in 2024 and returned twice during our week long stay in St Julian’s. Malta in March 2025. And was not disappointed. Our first visit we had the Canadian Ribeye, unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the server, second time we opted for a grass fed ribeye, both steaks were amazing but the Canadian had the best flavour…. Marin looked after us on our second visit, and whilst he may have been new he was helpful and attentive, the Springfield Estate World of Time red paired well with the steaks, the dessert beat me but was good! If you’re visiting St Julian’s and enjoy good steaks this place is definitely worth a visit. Roll in our next trip to Malta.

Great experience! Both food and service were exceptional. Manoj made sure we are well taken care of during the whole evening. The steaks were well prepared and served with much care for detail. I would recommend Siacca Grill to everyone who would like to enjoy a nice piece of premium steak meet and professional service.
